RETURN POLICY

At Mae Crochets, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at mae.crochets2@gmail.com and we will do our best to address your concerns.

 

Physical Products

We accept returns and exchanges of physical products within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at mae.crochets2@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, and we will cover the cost of shipping.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom orders, sale items, or gift cards.

 

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital downloads. All sales of digital products are final.

If you experience any issues with your digital download, please contact us at mae.crochets2@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at mae.crochets2@gmail.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a refund. If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow our return policy for physical products.
