What is this?
An 8-week community event where you design a CUSTOM sweater, then make it with weekly support, prompts, and a whole group doing it with you.
Week 1: Design phase. Plan your sweater (craft, yarn, stitch, fit, finishing) using a guided questionnaire.

Weeks 2 - 8: Make phase. Weekly milestones, shared progress, help when you need it, all happening in Discord.
Who is this for?
Everyone! All skill levels. Crochet, knit, Tunisian crochet... whatever you want to use.

If you can make a rectangle and decrease, you can make this sweater. This pattern handles the math based on YOUR measurements and gauge.

FAQs
Do I have to own the pattern?
Yes. This MAL is built around the Universal Drop-Shoulder Sweater pattern, so you'll need it to participate. You can grab it here!
Can I join late?
You can join anytime, but you'll miss earlier content and prompts. The design phase (week 1) is key to getting the most out of the experience.
What if I've never made a sweater before?
Perfect! The pattern is beginner-friendly and the whole point of the MAL is to have support while you figure it out.
What if I get stuck?
That's what the community is for. There are dedicated help channels in Discord for each craft.
Can I share the pattern with others?
Nope. Do not send the pattern to anyone; everyone needs their own copy. However, you can send screenshots of the pattern in Discord if you have questions.
Do I have to attend the live calls?
The kickoff call is the event I'd most recommend attending, but there will be a recording if you miss it. For the other live calls in Discord, those are completely optional. They're for asking questions, sharing progress, and general community building.
